Foodcourts!
I know that in America when we think of food courts we think of food courts in a mall. The stands have mostly American fast food with a few exceptions, and the court, while loud, is dull in both color and style. In Oslo? They also have food courts, but they're just that. Food courts. Not a place to get food while you go shopping, but rather a giant place to go just for different kinds of food. The atmosphere? Incredible. They have food from a plethora of different countries, and they're all delicious. These places are meant for people who want to get together for a bite to eat but everyone is in the mood for something different. The food is fresh and scrumptious, the facilities are clean, and it makes me wonder why we don't have these in America.
Please give me diverse delicious food, it's all I want in life,
Eli Goodwin
